My blog is a collection of my work at various stages, across different curriculum areas. Throughout my time at Paparore School I may share draft copies of my work for feedback and feedforward. Other times I will share my final published pieces.

Coopers Beach Camp Te Whare Tui
My favorite part was the obstacle course aka confidence course. I was so scared of the wood wall. Once I got to the tyre climb I felt like a boss!!! I was probably at the top in 16 seconds. Then came the jumping squares and the wood walk. I really felt like I was going to fall on to the hard solid ground. It was great.
the slide was scary. At first I was SUPER scared, my brain nearly blew KABOOM!!! It was fun but I thought I was going to DIE!!! I was so scared on my first go I hit the bean bag, it was nice and soft like a pillow.

Math Strategies
WALT use different strategies to solve subtraction and addition equations.
These strategy's are called rounding and compensating and the splitting strategy. I have used the class site to help me with my learning. You could also ask your mum to do some equations and you figure them out using these math strategies to solve them.
